Telecom Service provides mobile phone deals, SIM-only plans, and related telecommunications services. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment terms are as agreed at the time of purchase.
5. Credit Checks
By applying for a contract mobile phone, you consent to us performing credit checks with credit reference agencies. These checks may affect your credit rating.
6. Contract Length
Mobile contracts typically run for 24 months. Early termination may result in additional charges as specified in your contract agreement.
7. Network Services
Network coverage, speed, and service quality are dependent on the mobile network operator and are beyond our direct control.
8. Limitation of Liability
Telecom Service shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
